Key Responsibilities Lead 2+ Agile teams delivering complex, high-impact solutions Align product, engineering, and business stakeholders on priorities Manage full delivery lifecycle: planning, backlog grooming, sprints, releases, retrospectives Mentor teams and foster high performance, innovation, and ownership Identify and resolve risks and cross-team dependencies early Track and improve delivery using metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput) Communicate progress, risks, and blockers to stakeholders at all levels Champion quality-first mindset and continuous improvement Navigate shifting priorities and ambiguity with structured leadership Drive long-term value through problem-solving and decision-making Improve processes and delivery frameworks across teams (Nice to have) Experience working with AI/ML or data science teams Skills & Experience 8+ years leading software development and product delivery Proven end-to-end ownership (planning, tracking, stakeholder management) Experience managing multiple Agile teams in scaled environments Strong Agile expertise (Jira, Confluence) Ability to influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong team-building and performance management abilities Confident decision-maker who seeks support when needed
