Duration:

12+ Months Contract Responsibilities Lead Agile delivery efforts while ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions Manage and enhance existing Order Management System (OMS) capabilities, including integrations across platforms such as Kibo and Orderful Drive end-to-end system integration efforts, including Drop Ship functionality and related workflows Conduct gap analysis to identify process and system improvements across current technologies Partner with business and technical teams to define requirements, document workflows, and ensure clarity on deliverables Build and validate end-to-end scenarios to support system functionality and user experience Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, while also contributing hands-on to delivery, problem-solving, and execution Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and meet Definition of Done for all deliverables Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively drive resolution Support ongoing system optimization, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts Requirements 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Scrum Master, or techno-functional roles Proven experience working in operations-heavy or system-driven environments Strong understanding of OMS platforms, system integrations, and workflow design Experience supporting Kibo, Orderful, or similar order management/integration tools is highly preferred Hands-on experience with gap analysis, process mapping, and requirements documentation Ability to operate across both business and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable outcomes Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with the ability to go beyond facilitation and drive execution Experience supporting drop ship or fulfillment processes is a plus Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders Thanks & Regards, Naveen Lam |Sr.
