Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for data-driven projects. This role requires a servant leader who can guide cross-functional teams, remove delivery roadblocks, and ensure successful execution of analytics programs that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, stakeholder collaboration, and experience working alongside data analysts, engineers, and business teams in delivering scalable analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Coach teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement. Work closely with Product Owners, Data Analysts, and Engineering teams to align delivery with business priorities. Remove blockers and resolve dependencies to ensure smooth sprint execution. Track sprint progress, team velocity, and key performance indicators. Support the delivery of data analytics initiatives , including dashboards, reporting frameworks, and business intelligence solutions. Ensure effective collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams. Drive transparency in project status, risks, and delivery timelines. Foster a high-performing and accountable Agile team culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in Business, Technology, Data Analytics, or related field. Candidate should have the Wealth Management experience. 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach . Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies . Experience working on Data Analytics / Business Intelligence projects . Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps . Understanding of data workflows, reporting processes, and analytics delivery lifecycle. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent Agile certifications. Exposure to SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or analytics platforms . Experience in financial services, healthcare, or enterprise data environments.
