Your role and responsibilities The Scrum Master, under the general supervision, may include, but are not limited to, the following: Familiar with agile softeware developement process (10+ years) Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum practices (10+ years) Work closely with the PM to conduct sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives Support IBM teams and customer SMEs in delivering modernization milestones Track sprint progress, manage Jira boards, and ensure story completion Promote continuous improvement through feedback and team collaboration Coordinate with Product Owners and Architects to align priorities Maintain transparency of team performance and delivery metrics Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Must possess at time of hire and have the ability to maintain a Top-Secret Clearance 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and Scrum principles Experience managing Jira boards and Agile metrics Skilled in facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Ability to coach teams and resolve delivery blockers Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills Experience supporting cross-functional technical teams Bachelor's in Business, IT, or related field Preferred technical and professional experience
