Contract Position Summary We are seeking a Mid-Level Project Manager / Scrum Master to support enterprise data initiatives within a fast-paced delivery environment. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on Agile project coordination experience who are comfortable managing multiple priorities, driving execution, and partnering across technical and business teams. The position is best suited for professionals actively growing in their PM/Scrum career path and looking to deepen experience within enterprise-scale data organizations. Key Responsibilities Support delivery and coordination of enterprise data initiatives across technical and business teams. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews. Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and execution progress across multiple workstreams. Partner closely with engineering, analytics, reporting, and platform teams to drive successful delivery outcomes. Coordinate communication between stakeholders, leadership, and delivery teams. Assist with backlog management, prioritization, and sprint execution activities. Ensure projects remain aligned with timelines, business objectives, and delivery expectations. Support continuous improvement initiatives within Agile delivery processes. Required Qualifications 5-8 years of professional experience in Project Management, Scrum Leadership, Business Operations, or related delivery-focused roles . Minimum 2 years of recent experience serving as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master in an enterprise environment. Experience supporting enterprise data environments , including coordination across data, analytics, reporting, or platform teams. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies , sprint planning, backlog management, and stakeholder coordination. Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-volume, execution-focused environments . Experience partnering with both technical and business teams to drive delivery outcomes. Strong communication, organization, and execution management skills. Preferred Skills Experience working in enterprise-scale data or analytics organizations. Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining delivery focus. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
