Scrum Master

Job Summary We are seeking a Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery excellence by enabling high-performing teams and ensuring consistent execution aligned with business priorities. This role focuses on facilitating Agile practices, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and predictable delivery outcomes. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure backlog readiness and alignment with prioritized business objectives. Drive sprint predictability and monitor team performance. Identify, manage, and resolve impediments, risks, and cross-team dependencies. Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria. Support release readiness and coordinate activities across teams, including coverage during release windows. Monitor delivery metrics such as velocity, burn-down, and sprint health, and provide insights for continuous improvement. Coach teams on Agile best practices and promote adoption of enterprise delivery standards. Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance requirements. Required Qualifications Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM). Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments. Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. Experience facilitating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders. Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience supporting release management and coordination across distributed teams. Strong dependency management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in healthcare or other regulated environments.
