Senior Scrum Master

Leads Agile delivery for multiple teams or a complex initiative. Mentors junior Scrum Masters and drives continuous improvement across Agile practices. Navy Federal Credit Union currently does not provide sponsorship for this role. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship. 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery and project management Certified Scrum Master and SAFe or LeSS certification Experience leading Agile teams and coaching practices Advanced knowledge of Agile frameworks and scaling practices Strong leadership and mentoring skills Ability to drive Agile transformation initiatives Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience Desired Qualifications Experience Azure DevOps (ADO) and best practices Experience with Navy Federal products, services, programs, policies and procedures

820 Follin Lane, Vienna, VA 22180 5510 Heritage Oaks Drive, Pensacola, FL 32526 141 Security Drive, Winchester, VA 22602 Lead Scrum ceremonies across multiple teams Mentor and coach junior Scrum Masters Identify and resolve systemic impediments Ensure that goals, scope and product backlog items are understood and can be fulfilled by team members Collaborate with Product Owner, customers and developers to identify and clarify scope Collaborate with leadership to align Agile delivery with strategic goals Represent the team in the Scrum of Scrums (SoS), helping the team remain aware of engagement opportunities and program effectiveness Monitor ADO dashboards, and track progress toward PI objectives Promote Agile maturity and continuous improvement May perform other duties as assigned
