Senior Scrum Master /
Agile Team CoachLocation:

Onsite - 4 days per weekPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master / Agile Team Coach to support multiple Agile product teams delivering enterprise technology initiatives. This role will serve as Scrum Master for two Agile teams, ensuring disciplined execution of Scrum practices while driving continuous improvement, predictability, and high‑quality delivery.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on Agile practitioner who goes beyond ceremony facilitation to actively coaching teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders. This role requires strong facilitation skills, data‑driven delivery management, and the ability to build confident, self‑managing teams aligned to business priorities.

Key ResponsibilitiesAgile & Scrum LeadershipServe as Scrum Master and Agile Team Coach for two Agile teams.

Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Ensure Agile principles are applied effectively to drive outcomes—not just process compliance.

Enable predictable delivery by helping teams make and meet realistic sprint commitments.

Team Enablement & Continuous ImprovementRemove impediments quickly and improve flow to keep teams focused on value delivery.

Foster transparency, trust, and accountability within the teams.

Drive continuous improvement using metrics, retrospectives, and actionable follow‑through.

Build self‑managing teams that require less day‑to‑day intervention over time.

Product Owner & Stakeholder PartnershipPartner closely with Product Owners to maintain well‑defined, prioritized backlogs.

Strengthen collaboration between teams and stakeholders to minimize disruption and ensure clarity.

Track and report delivery metrics to support informed decision‑making.

Program SupportSupport a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) product team on implementation of a commercial CLM platform.

Support a Trade Compliance product team delivering system modernization and feature enhancements.

Perform additional Agile support activities as assigned.
