None Duties and Responsibilities:
Reports directly to the FITT Program Manager. This individual will review revise or create the POIs, LPs, and CADs or other identified equivalent in TDC. Additionally, will take direction from the FITT Project Manager or Assistant Project manager and accomplish additional tasks related to this contract as assigned.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Review, revise or create the POIs, LPs, and CADs or other identified equivalent in TDC. Qualifications Familiar with TR 350-70, Army Learning Policy and Systems and its supporting pamphlets. Training Development Capability (TDC): The ability to effectively and efficiently use TDC to review, revise or create POIs and LPs. Five (5) + years of experience with the knowledge in developing lesson plans, Programs of Instruction (POIs), and education product development in the institutional domain. Personable and professional demeanor with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks with interruptions. Intermediate to advanced competency in Microsoft Office software applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and the Internet, etc.) Must have experience creating, reviewing, editing & formatting large documents i.e. reports, manuals, etc. Strong attention to detail and deadlines/time frames. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload (and adjust when needed) Ability to compile data from records and reports and conduct basic review.
