The DevSecOps Platform Lead ensures sustainment, modernization, migration, cybersecurity, and release activities remain synchronized across cloud-native, legacy, and hybrid operational environments. This role coordinates directly with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, System Architects, Cybersecurity personnel, Independent Test Teams, Enterprise Integration personnel, and Cloud Engineers to manage pipeline promotion, release validation, deployment sequencing, rollback readiness, operational stabilization, and production deployment governance. The DevSecOps Platform Lead also governs automation tooling, artifact management, SBOM generation, release metrics, pipeline data collection, and DevSecOps-related CDRL execution. Within BMx, the DevSecOps Platform Lead plays a critical role in ensuring modernization activities do not disrupt operational maintenance, PMEL, or readiness workflows during release execution.
