Full-time (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Important Location Requirement This position is an onsite position based in Searcy, Arkansas . This is not a remote or hybrid position. Applicants must currently live within reasonable commuting distance of Searcy, Arkansas, or be willing to relocate at their own expense before starting employment.
Qualifications:
Must be able to work on-site in Searcy, Arkansas Must currently live within reasonable commuting distance of Searcy, Arkansas, or be willing to relocate before starting employment Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field preferred Minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT environment, with progressive experience in software development Strong knowledge of various stages of software development, including design, coding, testing, and deployment Experience with agile development practices and DevOps principles Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technologies Familiarity with security and data protection best practices

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and expand knowledge of all stages of software development across multiple platforms and applications. Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement new features that meet business needs and enhance user experience. Ensure quality and responsiveness of applications by adhering to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Share knowledge with team members through paired programming, demos, and whiteboarding sessions to promote team growth and improve software solutions. Implement security and data protection measures in all aspects of software development. Maintain code integrity and organization to ensure long-term stability and scalability. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to evolve software solutions over time. Contribute to troubleshooting and resolving software issues in a timely manner. Perform other duties as required to support software development efforts. Skills & Attributes Strong problem-solving abilities with an emphasis on developing efficient, scalable solutions Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams Ability to adapt to new technologies and stay current with industry trends Detail-oriented with a focus on code quality and application performance Ability to work effectively in an agile environment with minimal supervision
