Job Description
Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Mainframe Production Support professional to join their team. As a Mainframe Production Support, you will be part of the Mainframe Support Department supporting critical applications within a specialized environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, proactive problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Provide Level 2/3 production support for Automated Credit, Rewards, and Credit Card Hub applications Monitor production systems to ensure stability and uptime Analyze and troubleshoot failed mainframe jobs (JCL) Perform root cause analysis and support ad hoc job executions Partner with Production Control to restart and recover failed jobs What's Needed? Strong experience in Mainframe Production Support, including application support Proficiency with technologies/tools such as JCL, COBOL, CICS, DB2, CA7, IDCAMS, Mainview Experience with file tools like File Manager, File Analyzer, EZTRIEV Familiarity with ticketing and documentation tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, production-critical environment What's in it for me?
