Full-time, permanent About the Company We are a B2B distributor in the Phoenix, AZ area that takes technology seriously. We believe that well-built systems are a genuine competitive advantage, and we are investing to make that real. This role exists because we are ready to bring our technology capability fully in-house under permanent, senior ownership. The Role We are hiring a Lead eCommerce Developer to own our nopCommerce platform and be our primary technical resource. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role in a small, fast-moving business. You will work directly with leadership, make real architectural decisions, and have a direct line between your work and business outcomes. The platform is a B2B ecommerce storefront built on nopCommerce and tightly integrated with our ERP system via REST APIs. The architecture is ERP-first — the ERP is the system of record for products, pricing, inventory, and customer data, while nopCommerce manages the customer experience, merchandising, and transactions. You will own both sides of that integration and everything built on top of it. This is a solo developer role. We are not looking for someone who needs a team around them to do their best work. We are looking for someone who has thrived in that environment before and prefers full ownership over collaboration overhead.

Year one is about building a solid foundation; the years after that are about using it. ResponsibilitieseCommerce Platform Own the nopCommerce platform end-to-end: architecture, development, deployments, and ongoing maintenance Maintain and extend the ERP integration layer: product and inventory sync, pricing, customer records, and order submission Manage third-party integrations including payment processing (Worldpay), tax compliance (Avalara), and shipping rate aggregation (Piyovi/CloudLeap) Build new storefront features, promotions, and catalog tools in partnership with business stakeholders Ensure platform reliability, performance, and security Technology Leadership Serve as the internal authority on all technology decisions, from platform architecture to vendor selection Manage internal IT infrastructure: Azure hosting environment, endpoint management, internal tooling, and vendor relationships Identify and implement opportunities where technology can drive operational efficiency or revenue growth Evaluate and adopt AI development tools and emerging technologies to multiply your own output and the business's capabilities Communicate clearly with non-technical leadership on technical trade-offs, timelines, and priorities Tech Stack Ecommerce nopCommerce (ASP.NET Core / C#) Language / Framework .
