Core Build and consume RESTful APIs using ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API Apply clean architecture principles and design patterns (e.g., SOLID, layered architecture) Develop and optimize data access layers using Entity Framework Build modern UI components using Blazor Implement asynchronous messaging and event-driven workflows using RabbitMQ Work with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB for data persistence Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver solutions Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across layers Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes Maintain version control using Git Required Qualifications 5-10 years of hands-on full stack development experience Strong expertise in .NET Framework and .NET Core Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API development Strong understanding of design patterns and scalable architecture Experience with Entity Framework and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Sybase) Experience with MongoDB and NoSQL data handling Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Proficiency with Git version control Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders Ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Elasticsearch (Kibana) and Redis Exposure to frontend frameworks such as Angular Awareness of modern AI-assisted development tools Experience working in enterprise environments with distributed systems Strong ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving approach
