Job Description
Job Summary The Microsoft Dynamics Architect will design and deliver enterprise-scale solutions across complex, multi-CRM environments with a strong focus on healthcare payer systems. This role is responsible for leading architecture, integration, and implementation efforts across Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Service, Customer Insights), Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare, Azure Integration Services, and connected platforms. The architect will support the creation of a unified Member 360 ecosystem, drive automation and analytics capabilities, and ensure robust governance, compliance, and DevOps alignment. Key Responsibilities Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, and Customer Insights solutions within Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare (MC4H). Lead architecture and integration across Dynamics 365, Genesys Cloud CX, Snowflake, and core payer systems including claims, utilization management (UM), provider data, and care management. Build unified Member 360 and Customer Insights ecosystems using Azure Integration Services, Power Platform, and FHIR-based interoperability standards. Deliver scalable, enterprise-grade data integrations with Dataverse, including virtual tables and real-time data pipelines. Architect Customer Insights to Snowflake integrations for real-time data unification and analytics. Drive automation and analytics initiatives using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and AI/Copilot capabilities. Ensure HIPAA compliance, environment governance, and DevOps best practices using Azure DevOps and CI/CD frameworks. Work closely within a SAFe-Agile environment to execute solution delivery. Partner with business and technology leaders to align Dynamics solutions with payer strategy, member engagement, and digital transformation initiatives. Required Qualifications Experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions across complex, multi-CRM environments. Expert-level experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, and Customer Insights. Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare (MC4H) data model and accelerators. Experience integrating Genesys Cloud CX with Dynamics 365 for omnichannel member engagement. Proven experience designing Customer Insights-Snowflake integrations for real-time analytics. Deep knowledge of Power Platform and Azure Integration Services including Logic Apps, Service Bus, Data Factory, and API Management. Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Dataverse Virtual Tables, and real-time integrations. Familiarity with FHIR APIs, HL7 integration, and healthcare interoperability standards. Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and environment governance practices. Experience working in a SAFe-Agile development environment. Knowledge of healthcare payer systems and business processes (claims, UM, care management, provider data). Preferred Qualifications Experience working with healthcare payer digital transformation or member engagement initiatives. Experience designing large-scale CRM or omnichannel architectures in regulated environments. Experience leveraging AI/Copilot capabilities within Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform ecosystems.
