We are seeking candidates who are highly analytical, possess strong problem-solving abilities, and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience with Workday and a track record of successful HR technology projects are highly valued. This role offers opportunities to lead innovative projects and further develop your professional skills in a collaborative environment.
Duties:
Stakeholder Collaboration :
Collaborate with HR business team and other Workday IT expert on system design decisions, user experience, complex issue resolution, and process design.
Solution Design :
Lead the design and implementation of Workday solutions to meet business needs, acting as a subject matter expert for various Workday modules. Conceptualize designs and end-to-end processes, providing expert guidance on best practices and system optimization.
Technical Guidance :
Provide technical leadership, drive Workday process enhancements, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure the architecture addresses all stakeholder concerns and enterprise-wide goals.
Continuous Improvement :
Stay up-to-date on Workday releases and trends, identifying opportunities to improve the process of delivering solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science and/or equivalent. A strong understanding of HR business processes and how technology can be leveraged to improve them. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams In-depth knowledge of Workday modules, such as Core HCM, Security, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and Payroll. Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, including a strong understanding of Workday architecture, system logic and configuration. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues Minimum 10 years of recent experience working on Workday for a global professional services environment, specifically in support of HR functions. Excel in translation technical solution that is meaningful to HR and leadership. Experience in project delivery framework practices, including agile, iterative and waterfall project delivery methodologies. Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its subsets will be an added advantage Good exposure of senior stakeholder management skills.
