Job Description

Job Title:
Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) Key Responsibilities Collaborate directly with clients to understand workflows, gather requirements, and design custom solutions. Own end-to-end project delivery from discovery and prototyping to production deployment and optimization. Design and develop integrations, APIs, connectors, dashboards, and automated workflows. Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and support data migration activities. Ensure security, compliance, and scalability of deployed solutions. Conduct client workshops, user training sessions, and provide technical documentation. Partner with internal engineering and product teams to drive product improvements. Act as a trusted technical advisor and support customer adoption initiatives. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Deployment Engineering, or related fields. 3+ years of experience in Solution Architecture and Design. Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Strong experience with APIs, integrations, automation, and cloud-based solutions. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills. Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities. Willingness to travel (30%-60%) based on project requirements. Preferred Skills Experience working directly with enterprise customers. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Background in cloud platforms, infrastructure, data pipelines, or AI/ML solutions is a plus.
