Position Overview The Business Central Solutions Architect will serve as the internal owner of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, playing a critical role in supporting and improving WFDC supply chain, and operational workflows across the organization. This is a highly visible, cross-functional position focused on system optimization, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities & Duties Own and support the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment across manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse operations, finance, and operations Design, develop, and deploy custom Business Central extensions using AL Improve supply chain workflows including MRP, BOMs, production orders, inventory, and labor tracking Build and maintain integrations with EDI, shipping platforms, reporting tools, and other internal business systems Work cross collaboratively with a variety of departments Troubleshoot complex system and data issues that impact real-time business operations Identify automation and process-improvement opportunities across departments Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent practical experience 5+ years of hands-on experience developing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software Strong AL development and extension experience ERP experience in distribution, or supply chain environment Experience with integrations, APIs, and data migration Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead initiatives Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent management skills and interpersonal skills Physical Demands Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times What's On the Menu for You?
