Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a Power Apps Developer to support digital transformation initiatives within a government environment. This role will design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable business applications using Microsoft Power Apps within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate has experience working in regulated environments and understands secure development, governance, and compliance expectations within the public sector. Key Responsibilities Design and develop Canvas and Model-Driven applications using Microsoft Power Apps Automate workflows and business processes using Microsoft Power Automate Develop data models and manage secure data environments using Microsoft Dataverse Integrate Power Apps with Power BI, Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, SharePoint and other Microsoft tools to improve usability and efficiency Move and secure sensitive documents stored in SharePoint/Dataverse Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and data loss prevention (DLP) policies Participate in requirements gathering and stakeholder collaboration sessions Support secure SDLC, testing, deployment, and change management processes Prepare technical documentation and support audit requests as needed Stay current with emerging Microsoft technologies and recommend enhancements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years of experience in application development 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps Experience working within Microsoft Power Platform Strong understanding of data governance, access controls, and compliance standards Experience handling secure documents with sensitive data Experience integrating REST APIs and external systems Knowledge of SDLC, change management, and documentation standards Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Build dashboards and reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI Experience working in a government or public sector environment Familiarity with FedRAMP-authorized cloud environments Experience supporting ATO documentation and security assessments Knowledge of NIST-based security frameworks (e.g., NIST

) Microsoft Power Platform certifications Experience with CI/CD and ALM practices
