Integrate major e-commerce platforms with JD's OMS to enable automated order ingestion from clients' online stores. Transform platform order data into JD's standardized order format and drive downstream fulfillment execution through warehouse systems to enable end-to-end order automation. Implement ERP-to-OMS integrations to automate order intake, processing, and fulfillment across both B2C and B2B channels. Enable B2B-specific fulfillment workflows and compliance outputs, including order splitting, packing list/carton label generation, and SSCC creation. Develop and maintain Java-based customization features to meet client-specific requirements. Implement enhancements such as bundle/kit shipment handling, gift card generation, and customized order data callbacks/webhooks. Triage and resolve system support tickets and investigate application exceptions reported by internal stakeholders across departments. Diagnose issues, implement fixes or mitigations, and communicate status and outcomes to ensure timely resolution and stable system operations. Third Party Logistics System Integration, Customization, and Maintenance. Implement and validate APIs of third-party logistics service providers and enable core shipment capabilities in the company's logistics platform, including order creation/cancellation and label generation/printing, to expand carrier and service coverage. Enhance system logic and implement new Java-based features to accommodate client-specific shipping requirements, including shipment address updates, customized label formats, and configuration of shipping accounts and tax IDs. Troubleshoot order failures by debugging request payloads and integration flows. identify and fix latent defects to improve reliability and maintain production stability. UI, Web Pages, and Internal Tools Development. Develop and maintain a carrier billing reporting service using Node.js to process carrier AP statements and generate customer AR billing reports for partnered carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS). Implement data transformation and validation logic to ensure accurate billing outputs and support finance reconciliation workflows. Maintain the shipping rate calculation module by addressing calculation defects, performing regression testing, and updating rate cards and surcharge configurations in the PostgreSQL database to ensure pricing accuracy. Build and enhance internal React.js pages and components to support operational workflows. Deliver UI improvements based on internal requirements and validate functionality prior to release.
