This role is responsible for supporting customers with laser cutting applications, machine demonstrations, process optimization, technical training, and pre/post-sales support. The ideal candidate has experience in sheet metal fabrication, CNC laser cutting technology, and strong problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for fiber laser cutting machines and related automation systems Conduct machine demonstrations, sample testing, and application evaluations for customers Optimize cutting parameters for different materials and thicknesses Assist the sales team with technical presentations and customer consultations Troubleshoot application and process-related issues remotely and onsite Train customers on machine operation, maintenance, and software usage Support installation, commissioning, and acceptance of equipment Collaborate with engineering and service teams to improve customer satisfaction Prepare technical reports, cutting data, and application documentation Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field Experience with laser cutting equipment, CNC machines, or sheet metal fabrication preferred Knowledge of fiber laser cutting processes, materials, and CAD/CAM software Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Ability to travel for customer visits and onsite support Proficient in English; Chinese language skills are a plus Valid driver's license and ability to work in the U.S. Preferred Experience Experience with fiber laser cutting machines Familiarity with nesting software and CNC programming Background in metal fabrication or industrial machinery Benefits Competitive salary Performance bonus opportunities Health insurance Paid time off Career growth opportunities Company training and support
