Job Description
Ideal Candidate Profile- In-Person Interview at Rocklin, CA Engineering Lead / Tech Lead level. Strong Java + Spring Boot + Kafka expertise. Retail/eCommerce background. Experience with Payments, Pricing, or OMS. Some Full Stack exposure (React/Angular preferred). Cloud and DevOps experience. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Hands-on coding capability We are seeking an experienced Engineering Lead / Technical Lead with a strong background in Java Microservices architecture , Spring Boot , and Kafka to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications within a retail/eCommerce environment. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader capable of driving architecture decisions, mentoring engineers, collaborating with product and business stakeholders, and delivering high-quality solutions across backend, frontend, and cloud/DevOps ecosystems. Experience in Payments, Pricing, or Order Management Systems (OMS) is highly preferred.
