Focus areas include customers, stores and employees, in-store service, merchant tools, merchant data science, and search and personalization. What you'll do:

• Collaborate with cross functional teams including business, product and other software engineers to understand the business problem, review business requirements, draft technical requirements, scope, design, develop, test, and deploy services and systems.
• Collaborate with your team to perform design and code reviews, provide constructive feedback, improve operational excellence to ensure high quality, high availability, scalable and performant systems.
• Create and enhance medium sized applications, services, or significant set of components within a large application.

• At least 6+ years of relevant industry experience in building highly available systems.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership from inception to deployment of project in production.
• Effective problem solving skills, ability to make design trade offs, balancing the long-term "big picture" and short-term implications of design decisions.
• Working knowledge ofservice oriented architecture.
• Experience with Relational and/or NoSQL Database.
• Experience with CI/CD and operational excellence best practices.

Walmart. The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
