Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, in a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL). 6 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript). Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers, and program managing within a technical organization.

Preferred qualifications:

Proficiency in continuous improvement, execution, organizational change, and stakeholder management. Knowledge of AI and actively seeking opportunities to use AI technologies to lead improvements across programs. Ability to demonstrate technical understanding and comfort working with engineers and with technology. Ability to communicate clearly, actively, and align d or conflicting goals to arrive at the best collective outcome and effective collaboration attributes. Excellent planning skills with the ability to organize ambiguous projects into clear longer-term objectives. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
