Job Description:
We are a dynamic company located in Southern California (Camarillo) that is engaged in the design and manufacturing of cutting-edge electromechanical components and electric power conversion systems that are revolutionizing the Aviation industry. We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Embedded Systems Software Engineering Manager to join our team with the following skills and capabilities: Managing the software engineering team, as well as performing programming as an individual contributor Developing and testing code for embedded systems in C and Java Experience with real time control systems and motor control applications Experience with communications protocols including RS485, CAN, and Ethernet Experience with embedded Linux and GUI design and implementation a plus Experience with power electronics and motion control systems Experience with certified aviation software a plus Comfortable working with, testing, and troubleshooting hardware including high power systems Ability to work effectively independently and in a team B.S. or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science Must be a US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience and education.
