Field Application Engineer (FAE) Empowering Industrial Computing Enabling Reliable Edge Solutions We are looking for a Field Application Engineer (FAE) who is passionate about industrial‑grade systems, embedded platforms, and real‑world customer deployment. In this role, you will act as the technical bridge between our engineering teams and global customers, ensuring smooth integration of our industrial computers, edge AI platforms, and customized solutions. Key Responsibilities Customer Solution Support — Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales technical support for industrial motherboards, system products, and edge‑computing solutions. System Integration Guidance — Assist customers with BIOS configuration, OS installation, driver setup, peripheral compatibility, and system bring‑up. Issue Analysis & Debug — Reproduce customer issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and collaborate with internal R D teams to deliver timely solutions. Project Coordination — Support ODM/OEM projects, track technical milestones, and ensure successful product qualification. Technical Documentation — Prepare application notes, integration guides, test reports, and customer‑facing technical materials. On‑site Support — Provide on‑site troubleshooting, validation, and deployment assistance when required. Feedback Collection — Gather customer insights to help refine product design and improve long‑term reliability. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering , Computer Engineering , Computer Science , or related field. Solid understanding of x86/ARM platforms , embedded systems , or industrial computing . Familiarity with Windows/Linux

OS , BIOS/UEFI

settings, and hardware interfaces (PCIe, USB, GPIO, COM, LAN). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with hands‑on debugging experience. Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with customers and cross‑functional teams. 3+ years Experience in industrial PC, embedded systems, or edge‑AI solutions is a plus.
