Good interpersonal skills. Proficient in software installation. Attention to detail. Good problem-solving skills. Good customer service skills. Proof of U.S. Citizenship

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS ABILITIES AND OTHER CONTRIBUTIONS

Knowledge of operating systems and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Use of logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Ability to keep up-to-date technically and apply new knowledge to the job role.
