Software Developer (Mid Level)

Position OverviewThe Software Developer (Mid‑Level) is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that support business and operational needs. This role requires strong hands‑on development experience, ownership of features from design through deployment, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate demonstrates deep expertise in at least one widely used programming language and a solid understanding of modern software development practices.

This position requires residence in South Florida.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain high‑quality, scalable, and secure software applications.

Own end‑to‑end development of features, including requirements analysis, implementation, testing, and deployment.

Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following best practices and coding standards.

Collaborate with product owners, designers, QA, and other developers to deliver reliable solutions.

Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues across development and production environments.

Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and performance.

Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and third‑party services.

Contribute to system design discussions and recommend improvements to architecture and performance.

Support production systems and participate in incident remediation as needed.
