We are building the next generation of legal technology solutions and are looking for a curious, driven Junior Software Developer to join our team. What You'll Do AI & Automation Research, configure, and deploy AI tools and multi-agent frameworks (e.g., OpenClaw, CrewAI) Help automate workflows across the firm Backend Development Build and maintain APIs, databases, and server-side systems Support internal tools and automation infrastructure Frontend Development Create clean, user-friendly interfaces and dashboards Work with React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Legal Technology Solutions Develop tools for document management, tax research, filing tracking, and client intake Data & IT Support Help manage and secure firm data Provide general technical support to staff Research & Innovation Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies Recommend and experiment with new tools and solutions Required Qualifications Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, Java, etc.) Foundational understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, REST APIs) Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter mindset Ability to learn independently and adapt quickly Reliable, professional, and authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred Exposure to AI/ML concepts, LLMs, or agent frameworks (OpenClaw, CrewAI, AutoGen) Experience with Python, Node.js, React, Git, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) Familiarity with databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) Interest in legal technology GitHub, portfolio, or personal projects demonstrating your work What We offer Hands-on AI Experience
