• Mandatory Skills:

• Valid Workday Pro certification in both HCM Core Services and Compensation Services.
• End-to-end implementation experience with Workday ERP in Higher Education environments.

• Desirable Skills:

• Involvement in at least three full-cycle Workday ERP deployments for Higher Education clients.

• Key Duties:

• Lead the deployment and configuration of Core HR and Compensation modules within Workday for higher education institutions.

• Position Requirements:

• Deep familiarity with business/workforce management processes and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical mindset paired with effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise software solutions (ERP platforms, analytical tools, etc.).
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
