On-Site We are looking for an application developer to join a collaborative product-focused team building modern, scalable applications used by a growing customer base. Responsibilities:

Build and maintain web-based applications across both front-end and back-end components Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver new features and enhancements Translate business requirements into well-structured, maintainable code Contribute to improving system architecture and overall application performance Troubleshoot issues, debug applications, and support production environments as needed Participate in code reviews and help maintain development standards Support ongoing modernization efforts, including transitioning legacy systems to newer technologies Work within an Agile team to deliver incremental value and continuous improvements

Qualifications:

3-5 years of professional software development experience Experience building web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or similar) Strong understanding of backend development concepts and API design Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, or similar) Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows Exposure to cloud environments or containerized applications is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Nice to

Experience working in product-oriented environments Exposure to microservices architecture or event-driven systems Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines or DevOps practices Interest in improving user experience and application performance
