- IT Principal Developer, FSB
- The IT Principal Developer is responsible for leading analysis, programming, and configuration of end user applications or systems software including both systems analysis and programming or configuration of packaged products created by third parties.
While working as a thought leader within the department, this job recommends operational strategies and plans that have direct impact on results. This role also influences business decisions made by leadership.
- Key Responsibilities and Duties
- + Develops strategy and roadmap for delivering innovation and automation while analyzing detailed business requirements and specifications for the application.
+ Configures internally developed applications and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) applications using programming, scripting, and database languages. + Plans application testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding application enhancements. + Maintains relationships with clients while communicating with IT and business management and monitors prompt response and support for technical issues. + Receives activity and progress reports regarding applications systems analysis and programming sections. + Leads process improvements, cost reduction efforts, tool development to improve the software development and support process in a way that reduces complexity, improves service, and reduces cost. + Coaches, reviews and delegates work to lower-level professionals.

- + 10 years of Java/Dot Net experience in developing Banking applications + 10 years of experience in BPM based workflow design and development + 2 to 3 years of AI based solution development which includes N8N, LangGraph. + 2 to 3 years of experience in Kong API management. + Expert on applications SDLC, monitoring, logging and support. + Experience in Agile based execution environment
