DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer - Summary •Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident to apply•This full-time, on-site role in Jensen Beach, FL is focused on owning and scaling a production AWS infrastructure environment for a customer-facing application handling sensitive financial and personal data. The engineer will take an already containerized application with existing Terraform and CI/CD foundations and complete the deployment into AWS using ECS/Fargate, Aurora MySQL, ALB, S3, CloudFront, and related services. Key responsibilities include building staging and production environments, implementing monitoring and alerting, managing backups and disaster recovery, supporting database imports, and maintaining reliable 24/7 operations. The role requires strong hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure, Terraform, Docker, GitHub Actions, MySQL operations, observability tools, and security best practices such as least-privilege IAM and secrets management. Candidates should also be comfortable troubleshooting application infrastructure issues and communicating technical concepts clearly to non-technical leadership. This is a high-impact position with direct collaboration with ownership, offering significant autonomy and responsibility over the platform's reliability, scalability, and operational maturity. Compensation is approximately $80K-$130K depending on experience.
