Senior Full-Stack Engineer — In-House, On-Site (Miami) $100K Salary • 70+ person company, growing fast • Huge room for growth About us We build software that powers live-selling businesses — the tools sellers rely on in real time, while they're live and making money. We're an established company of 70+ people and growing, moving fast and shipping constantly. This is an in-house, on-site role — we build together, in person. There's serious room to grow with us. Who we're looking for A systems thinker and a builder — not a code monkey. Someone who sees the whole board: problems, solutions, tradeoffs, and second-order effects. You're an expert across a modern full-stack toolset, but what sets you apart is how you think and how fast you ship . You live in Cursor, Codex, or Claude Code — agentic AI coding is your home base, not a novelty. You use it to move at a pace traditional engineers can't . And you've got a grind, get-it-done mentality. We are not looking for people who say "this'll take six months." We're looking for someone who breaks down the problem and gets it done — fast, and right. What you'll do Own real features end to end — design, build, ship, iterate. Solve hard, real-world problems where reliability actually matters (people's livelihoods depend on it working). Move fast without breaking the things our customers count on. Wear many hats. You'll touch the whole product and grow with the company.
