initiatives Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and technical reviews Develop desktop, mobile, and service‑based applications as project needs require Integrate software with hardware systems including sensors, imaging systems, and unmanned platforms Support AI/ML, computer vision, and data processing workflows where applicable Contribute to rapid prototyping, demonstrations, field testing, and transition activities Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and government stakeholders Document designs, implementations, and system behavior in accordance with internal standards
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., C++, C#, Java, Kotlin, Python, JavaScript) Experience with collaborative software development practices Ability to work on‑site in lab and field environments Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Preferred:
