We are seeking an experienced OpenText Intelligent Capture Consultant / Solution Architect with 8+ years of hands-on, end-to-end implementation experience in designing, building, and deploying enterprise-grade OpenText Intelligent Capture (IC) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OCR, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), bulk PDF ingestion, document classification, metadata extraction, and automated routing of documents into business workspaces/content repositories . The candidate should be capable of independently designing scalable OCR architectures for high-volume document processing and classification. This role requires deep functional and technical knowledge of OpenText Intelligent Capture , including document ingestion pipelines, extraction models, classification rules, validation workflows, and enterprise integrations.

Role Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation of OpenText Intelligent Capture solutions from requirements gathering through production deployment. Design and develop OCR-based document processing solutions for bulk PDF documents and scanned content.

Build scalable solutions to:

Ingest high-volume PDF documents Perform OCR and intelligent text extraction Automatically classify documents into business categories Extract metadata and indexing information Route documents into respective business workspaces or repositories Configure and optimize: Document classification models OCR extraction templates Confidence scoring and validation workflows Metadata extraction rules Auto-indexing capabilities Design document routing frameworks to classify and move content into appropriate: Employee workspaces Vendor workspaces Customer workspaces Case folders Enterprise repositories Implement intelligent document processing for both: Invoice documents Non-invoice business documents Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical OCR/capture solutions. Perform solution architecture, sizing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting for high-volume OCR environments. Design reusable frameworks for bulk ingestion and automated document classification. Support testing, deployment, defect resolution, and production hypercare.

Experience and Qualifications:

8+ years of hands-on experience in implementing OpenText Intelligent Capture solutions. Proven expertise in end-to-end OpenText Intelligent Capture implementation .

Strong experience in:

OCR technologies Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) Bulk PDF ingestion and processing Document classification Metadata extraction Document indexing and validation Experience designing OCR workflows for large-volume document processing .

Hands-on experience configuring:

Capture workflows Classification engines Extraction rules Validation stations Confidence thresholds Strong understanding of: Unstructured and semi-structured document processing Enterprise document lifecycle Content organization models Ability to design automated solutions that classify OCR documents into respective business workspaces/folders. Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating Intelligent Capture with: OpenText Extended ECM OpenText Content Server SAP ECC / S/4HANA and SuccessFactors Experience processing: HR/P-file documents Vendor onboarding documents Contracts Scanned legacy archives Business correspondence Experience with cloud-based capture solutions is a plus.
