Job Description:

Required Skills:

Minimum of 10 years of analysis and development experience with the following programming languages: ASP.NET, VB.NET or C#.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, web forms, and other .NET framework tools, languages, and libraries; using Visual Studio and Team Foundation/DevOps. A minimum of 10 years of analysis and development experience with Oracle (11gR2, and newer) or MS SQL Databases (2012, and newer) and the SSRS component. Oracle PL/SQL experience a requirement. Minimum of 10 years in developing web-based application programming interfaces (API) using SOAP or RESTful communication methodologies, with WSDL/XML and JSON data exchange formats. 10 years working in a development team environment implementing and debugging web-based systems with technical staff, users, and customers. 10 years monitoring and troubleshooting system interfaces and system integration processes relating to gateway, load balance, application, proxy, database, and active directory domain servers. 10 years in change management best practices, such as serving in a code promotion role in partnership with development team members using MS Team Foundation Server/DevOps and the corresponding Visual Studio CVS integration tools. 10 years in the application of statutory law and administrative rules in program codification and maintenance of required processing functions. 10 years with gathering and adapting complex, multi-system interface, interaction, end user specifications to necessary source code and compiled applications.
