In-person interview mandatory Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in software development Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) Hands-on experience with Scala or other functional programming languages Experience with distributed systems and RESTful APIs Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) is a plus Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
