Job Description

Job Summary The Solution Architect is responsible for collaborating with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and support the successful delivery of AI-focused and technology-driven initiatives. This role involves leading Agile ceremonies, ensuring solution quality, facilitating feedback loops, and partnering across teams to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements. The Solution Architect also supports project and engagement management activities, helping ensure alignment, risk mitigation, and effective execution. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients and AI solution architects to gather, analyze, and refine AI use case requirements. Design and support the development of technical solutions that align with business objectives and architectural standards. Organize and lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospectives. Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure solutions meet acceptance criteria and business expectations. Lead user feedback sessions to support continuous improvement across solution iterations. Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements. Support engagement leaders and project managers by helping manage project schedules, identifying risks and issues, allocating resources, and providing regular status updates. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in iterative solution development in roles such as Program Lead, Solution Architect, Product Owner, or Business Analyst. 5+ years of hands-on experience leading Agile teams. Demonstrated understanding of AI and machine learning concepts with the ability to explain their business applications. Ability to travel up to 25%.
