Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills •
Technical Authority & ERP Mastery:
10+ years of complex ERP implementation experience, featuring deep expertise in the Oracle/BMS legacy environment and a proven ability to bridge legacy processes with
SAP S/4HANA
target architectures. •
Matrix Leadership:
Proven ability to manage current Product Owners transitioning into Deployment Track Leads, govern offshore SI partners, and influence senior business stakeholders without direct reporting lines. •
Broad Functional Acumen:
Demonstrate capability to understand cross-functional impacts of business process changes across finance, sales, supply chain, and aftermarket service operations. •
Decisive Problem Solving:
Capable of navigating ambiguity, diagnosing root causes of complex system issues, and making timely choices aligned with clean-core guardrails and Segregation of Duties (SoD) compliance. • Familiar with

terminology (strong with FICO) Roles & Responsibilities •
DT Track Lead Orchestration:
Direct, manage, and empower the cohort of DT Track Leads (current legacy Product Owners). Align their legacy system expertise with the target SAP architecture to ensure cohesive technical delivery and prevent siloed decision-making. •
Cross-Domain Technical Leadership:
Leverage comprehensive legacy ERP based on Oracle Forms/Reports ("BMS") knowledge and broad domain process expertise across critical value streams, including Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), Source to Pay (S2P), Warehouse Management, Lead to Order (L2O), Project Management, and Core Management. •
Deployment Team Co-Leadership:
Partner with the Business Deployment Leader to ensure business processes and SAP technical configurations are seamlessly aligned across all end-to-end workstreams. •
SI Governance & Scope Protection:
Rigorously govern SI's technical delivery. Scrutinize all proposed RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) to prevent unauthorized deviations from the R1 Global Template and protect the fixed-bid budget against scope creep. •
End-to-End Architecture & Edge Integration:
Maintain deep architectural oversight of the DBU systems landscape. Coordinate complex technical dependencies between SAP S/4HANA, the legacy BMS environment, and critical "Edge" applications (e.g., Vertex, GOMS, BOLT, HighRadius). •
Data Migration & Integrity:
Oversee DT track participation in the extraction, Transformation, and loading (ETL) of legacy data. Ensure technical data mapping and cleansing rules align with global master data standards to guarantee successful mock cycles and production cutover. •
Testing & Technical Readiness:
Lead the DT Track Leads in validating System Integration Testing (SIT) and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Ensure all test scenarios prove end-to-end technical resilience and integration stability prior to the Go/No-Go decision. Base Salary Range :
$125,000 to $140,000
