Job Description

Job Summary Accountable for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that support business operations and manufacturing systems (MES / LTS). Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, efficient, and scalable software solutions in alignment with plant operations and IT infrastructure requirements. Primary Duties Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions for office and manufacturing environments, including
MES / LTS
systems. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues quickly to ensure uninterrupted business and plant operations. Monitor application performance and system logs regularly, maintaining documentation of updates, changes, and incident resolutions. Provide software support for business services such as email systems, shared directories, printers, and network-based applications. Maintain and enhance automated systems, including RFID / Bar-Code LTS infrastructure, ticket printing applications, and related software integrations. Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement software upgrades, bug fixes, and preventive maintenance tasks. Be available to respond to critical software/system issues affecting plant operations, including nights, weekends, and plant shutdown periods as needed. Maintain clear documentation of development, configurations, troubleshooting, and change management processes. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of two years experience in software development or IT-related roles. Strong proficiency in programming languages and software development frameworks. Experience with system integrations, database management, and enterprise software implementation. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
