4G/5G RAN Engineer -

Deployment & Optimization Location:

Alpharetta, GA or Brewster, WA (Onsite)

Position Type:

Full-Time contract to hire no C2C, only W2 candidates We are hiring a 4G/5G RAN Engineer to support deployment, trials, and performance optimization of next-generation wireless networks. This role is ideal for candidates with strong hands-on experience in RAN optimization and Nokia environments. Key Responsibilities Perform 4G/5G RAN deployment and performance optimization for trials and commercial networks Work on CIQ to SCF workflows and remote configuration (Nokia environment preferred) Analyze network KPIs and optimize performance using parameter tuning Support PoC, trials, and live deployments with direct customer interaction Troubleshoot RF, software, and hardware issues impacting network performance Perform log analysis (UE & gNB/eNB) and provide RCA Generate KPI reports using EMS/OSS tools Coordinate with RAN, Transport, IP, Security, and Cloud teams Guide drive test teams and support field testing activities Develop test plans, MOPs, and deployment strategies Required Skills 4+ years of experience in RAN Engineering / Optimization / Performance Strong understanding of LTE, 5G NR, VoLTE, VoNR, CA, mMIMO Experience with tools:

XCAL, XCAP, QXDM, TEMS, NEMO, ACTIX
