This position is well suited for developers who have a solid foundation in enterprise application development and are ready to work more independently while collaborating closely with a larger development team. This is an application development role within the Gulfstream Business Technology organization for the ERP team. This role directly supports the suite of Gulfstream ERP applications. Responsible for developing code in support of new application functionality or defect remediation according to design specifications.Job Description Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
Demonstrated understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies (SDLC). Ensures applications processes are followed consistently and are in compliance with applicable policies, procedures, standards, etc. Experience in conducting testing including design and execution of test cases. Performs work related to configuring, deploying, maintaining, and upgrading ERP applications and processes. Responsible for tasks related to the development and deployment of systems, methodologies, standards and processes that result in the ability to create and manage the ERP solution. Under general supervision prepares requirements, specifications, and business process maps. Documents, develops, tests, deploys, and supports application code in support of business requirements.Additional Functions:
Conducts briefings and participates in technical meetings concerning specific projects or other activities. .
