Role Overview:

Maximo Developer This is a Direct Hire, full-time position based in Tucker, GA, offering a hybrid work schedule and a compensation package up to 124,200 plus premier corporate benefits. The Work - In this techno-functional capacity, you will act as the strategic bridge between business units and IT. You will gather operational requirements and build solutions directly, taking full ownership of the enterprise asset management ecosystem. The focus is heavily on Automation Scripting, API development, and integrating IBM Maximo with a broader enterprise landscape, including platforms like ServiceNow.

Core Responsibilities System Analysis and Customization:

Partner with business leaders to gather requirements and translate operational needs into technical specifications and Maximo configurations.

Automation Scripting:

Lead the shift away from legacy Java business objects by designing and writing robust Automation Scripts using Python, Jython, and JavaScript.

Enterprise Integration:

Architect and manage integrations between Maximo and third-party systems like ServiceNow or HR and Finance tools using REST services and the Maximo Integration Framework.

System Upgrades and Support:

Provide Tier 3 technical support, troubleshoot complex testing issues, and prepare the environment for future Maximo Application Suite upgrades.

Project Leadership:

Own end-to-end enhancement projects, ensuring compliance with all applicable industry standards and corporate guidelines. Required Skills and Experience Minimum of 4 years of hands-on technical experience developing and configuring within IBM Maximo 7.6.x or higher. Strong proficiency in scripting languages, specifically Python and JavaScript, for system automation. Proven experience utilizing the Maximo Integration Framework and managing RESTful APIs. Experience integrating Maximo with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Ivanti. Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Pay:

$99,000.00 - $149,000.00 per year
