Software Developer Location:
West Des Moines, IA Responsibilities Lead design and implementation of core product features and services. Architect scalable, reliable systems handling high traffic. Mentor junior engineers and uphold code quality standards. Partner with PMs to translate requirements into technical plans. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3-5 years of professional software development experience. Deep expertise in system design, data structures, and algorithms. Proven experience shipping production software at scale. Proficiency in Python/Java/Go and cloud-native development. Preferred Qualifications MS degree in CS or related field with 6+ months experience. Experience leading technical projects or small teams. Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, message queues.
Job Location:
West Des Moines, IA. Travel is not required, but candidates must be willing to relocate to unanticipated work locations across the U.S. as needed.
