Developer/Engineer Location:
Chicago IL Onsite Strong tech lead in Amazon Connect with below skills Design and configure scalable routing solutions in Amazon Connect, including contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and skill-based routing; leverage Python (AWS Lambda) to ensure accurate call distribution and optimal customer journey handling Implement and manage integrations supporting conversational IVR using Amazon Lex (good to have), along with APIs systems, to enhance routing decisions and overall agent workflow without modifying the custom CCP
