Job Description
The Opportunity Join a technology-first trading firm where engineering is at the core of the business. We build high-performance systems that power real-time decision-making in fast-moving markets. This is a hands-on role for engineers who are curious and driven. What You'll Do
- Build and improve components across the trading stack from algorithm development to high-speed data analysis and execution engines
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reliable C++ code on Linux
- Collaborate closely with traders and technologists in a fast-paced, in-office environment What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience with a high-level language (C++, Java, C#, etc.)
- C++ experience strongly preferred
- Linux/Unix experience
- Background in finance is a plus, but not required
- Degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent hands-on experience Compensation & Benefits
