Description In this role, the Principal Architect will drive the adoption and integration of Agentic SDLC practices to accelerate feature delivery, improve development efficiency, and enable intelligent automation across the software delivery lifecycle. You will assess business requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and formulate comprehensive architecture strategies and roadmaps that optimally support content creation, storage, retrieval, distribution, and autonomous development workflows. This includes designing scalable and secure architectures, integrating AI-assisted engineering workflows, and enabling seamless collaboration between development, operations, and business teams to deliver high-quality features faster and more efficiently. + This role requires a deep understanding of Agentic SDLC , encompassing domains such as autonomous workflow orchestration, AI-assisted development pipelines, system integration, scalability, security, developer tooling, and user experience principles to ensure intuitive and efficient software delivery workflows + You will drive the adoption and integration of Agentic SDLC practices to accelerate feature delivery, improve development efficiency, and enable intelligent automation across the software delivery lifecycle + You will assess business requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and formulate comprehensive architecture strategies and roadmaps that optimally support content creation, storage, retrieval, distribution, and autonomous development workflows. This includes designing scalable and secure architectures, integrating AI-assisted engineering workflows, and enabling seamless collaboration between development, operations, and business teams to deliver high-quality features faster and more efficiently
Qualifications Minimum Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or related field + 7+ years of relevant experience in IT with at least 2 years focused on Agentic SDLC practices + Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala + Experience in common architecture frameworks such as Microservices, API management + Experience in designing and building applications using AWS (or Azure, GCP ) cloud architecture + Understanding of system architecture principles, including the scalable, secure and resilient digital platforms for eCommerce + Ability to design effective content models that align with organizational goals and user needs + Leadership experience and the ability to guide and inspire a team
Preferred Requirements:
+ Master's degree + AWS certification The base pay range for this role is $140,600.00 to $183,108.00. The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
