Python Developer III

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Python Developer III to design, develop, and support scalable enterprise applications and backend services. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python development, AWS cloud technologies, containerization, and DevOps practices, with experience delivering reliable and high-performing solutions in enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, document, test, debug, and maintain software systems and backend applications. Lead the implementation, deployment, support, and optimization of backend services and enterprise applications. Develop scalable solutions leveraging AWS cloud services and infrastructure. Analyze complex systems and datasets to provide efficient and effective technical solutions. Collaborate with architects, platform engineers, developers, and business teams to build and support processing solutions. Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Create technical specifications based on business and functional requirements. Perform root cause analysis on production issues and support ongoing monitoring and operational stability. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes within automated environments. Apply industry best practices for coding, configuration management, and deployment processes. Provide technical guidance, impact analysis, and effort estimations for development initiatives. Support software design discussions and evaluate new technologies for implementation opportunities. Ensure proper documentation of software functionality, technical processes, and system changes. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Python development, including hands-on experience with Pandas and Boto3. Strong experience developing applications and services on AWS platforms. Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization technologies. Experience working within Linux and Windows environments. Proficiency with Git and version control practices. Experience working in Agile development environments. Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Dynatrace, and DataDog. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and deployment automation. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with databases including MySQL, RDS, Redshift, and Iceberg. Experience with automation frameworks and scripting. Familiarity with enterprise-scale distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
