• you will be responsible for providing non-technical or basic technical support to laboratory personnel.

+ Competitive wages + Comprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employment + Group 401K with company matching component + Own Part of the Company with our Employee Stock Purchase Plan + Generous paid time off, company paid training and tuition reimbursement + Opportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your career + Positive and safe work environmentsEnsures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times + Perform tests to help assess new technology and improve existing product line. + Perform cleaning studies on customer parts to determine optimum chemistry/equipment. + Perform troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair procedures for equipment operation and repair manuals. + Create customer-facing technical reports detailing proper cleaning chemistry/methods. + Maintain cleaning equipment and customer demonstration area. + Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management + HS Diploma or equivalent + College Level Chemistry Class Completion + Bachelor of Science in Chemistry (or related science) preferred + Prior experience in a laboratory setting + Excellent communication, organization, and quantitative skills + Proficiency with computer applications + Ability to document, record, and analyze data and information + Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends when necessary + Valid Driver's License required + Punctuality and attendance required + Respirator fit test upon hire- clean shaven face required (mustache okay!) + Background check, drug screen and physical- required +
